Rust can manage the screws closest to the toilet side of the cell, but the ones on the other end are too far away for him to reach - he'll have to lever the whole thing off, which will destroy most of the lights in the process. Rust ends up with a small strip of LEDs and some broken pieces of plastic. The bit in the center (broken) seems to have been some kind of plug, leading to a simple, circular outlet in the ceiling.
