Rust has roughly fifteen minutes remaining before the start of Morning 005, which is not a lot of time, but it's enough time to frantically scoop toilet water out of a tank and fling it across the room. Some haphazard splashes later and there's a tremendous pop as the drone and its plinth explosively short out, accompanied by a decent amount of thick, black smoke.
When Rust turns back to check on the status of Evil Piñata, he'll find that its protestations are growing noticeably feeble. When the next announcement sounds at the start of Morning 005, the drone powers down entirely, and the one still trailing a thin streamer of smoke never starts up.
Rust is welcome to do as he pleases to either disabled/powered down drone. There is still a third one, but experience has told him that it won't take off until the turn of Day 005, in about 8 hours.
