While exploring the several kilometers immediately surrounding the building, Rust gets a decent sense of the lay of the land. The concrete structure sits just within the thicker jungle past the edge of the northern island coastline, to the point where he's easily able to make it to the thinner forest by the beach and make it back within the day. There's also a small river to the west, easily within a day's travel.

Rust doesn't find any game trails, unfortunately, but he's able to scavenge enough spare vines and twigs to make some simple snares. Perhaps because of his placement, though - or just a lack of small animals to catch in the immediate area - only one of them ends up producing a rodent-like creature with a bushy tail, similar to a squirrel but with a long, predator's snout. It's dead by the time Rust finds it.

The powered-down drones don't seem to have any effect on any doors anymore. Whether this is because of the drones being powered down or the doors themselves not getting power is debatable. Depositing a drone onto a plinth also doesn't seem to do anything. Evil PiƱata, already badly damaged, doesn't come apart easily with only a knife, so Rust does end up more or less destroying it. He manages to at least salvage three handfuls of assorted electronics and three handfuls of scrap metal from the affair.

The desk and computer are very solidly attached to each other and the floor. The computer has literally been built into the table, and the table is bolted to the concrete floor, which could theoretically be levered out of place. Rust would likely need Steph's help plus a very sturdy levering device to dislodge one of the legs. Wiping down the desk makes the desk marginally cleaner, but doesn't reveal any hidden writing or markings.

Notably, Steph has found a speaker on the roof. Would Rust still try to clamber his way up there for his own look?

The drones are about 4 feet square and quite cumbersome to carry, although mostly because of their size rather than their weight. Two people or one person with a creative backpack solution could carry one without a lot of difficulty.

Popping off the cover to the keycard reader reveals internals similar to the drone: An odd combination of modern tech plus bizarre, unfamiliar electronic components, all squished into a this little panel on the wall.
