The counter is full of cabinets which are stacked to the brim with junk and debris, but not so much that Dirk can't still look at the underside of the countertop for access holes. He finds none. Apparently, whoever designed this place did not intend for anyone to service its power connections any time soon. Unbolting the computer seems to be the only other option.
