Morning 002 He will leave behind the fish eggs, as he has no way to carry them, and the boar hoof. He'll pick up the ivory and at least one of each kind of fruits. He's going to try cutting open one of the "blackberries" and one of the "limes" to inspect what it looks and smells like on the inside and whether either of them looks juicy enough to be a supplement for water. If either of them looks edible, he'll pick up a few of them.
Also I forgot to mention but he would have left the beet pellets bag in his shelter/lean-to at X.E.12, because he has no idea what it is and doesn't have the means to carry much stuff. :')
Day 002 Is the dodgeball completely busted, or does it only have one hole somewhere? Could it be used as an impromptu canteen? He'll test it in the river water if it seems to be largely in one piece.
Thank fuck for the cucumbers, he's eating two immediately and pocketing the rest.
RIP eel, he's going to murder it before he touches it either via hatchet or spear-stick just in case and take it with him hoping he may be able to cook it.
He's going to take a good look around from the hill's crest, seeing if he can see any tall structures, trees, mountains, whatever else protruding over the treeline, or obvious clearings from there.
He'll continue moving more or less along the river, but not completely by the water. He's now looking for any dry-looking wood that might be usable for a fire, and scouting for any potential places to spend the night - clusters of rocks, tall trees, caves etc - or more shelter materials, as he doubts he can make it back to camp before dark.
